Marcato with tenuto line
Marcato-tenuto combines a strongly marked attack with a sustained or weighty note. It does not mean staccato: the horizontal tenuto stroke argues against an automatically clipped release.

Do not confuse it with
Marcato-staccato couples strong attack with shortening; marcato-tenuto couples it with sustained weight.
