Clef Reading Trainer

Many students find the tenor clef the hardest of all — so this is a system for drilling the clefs methodically, one at a time, until you genuinely read them instead of decoding them.

Try not to memorise a clef as a transposition of another clef. It is a popular shortcut — but you never truly learn the clef that way.

A C-clef printed on staff paper beside a hand-drawn question mark — which note does this clef name?
