Once again, my MGK composition students had works performed at Lydbrøndene in Frederiksberg.
Lydbrøndene, the Sound Wells, is one of the most remarkable sound installations in Europe: 32 loudspeakers buried in the ground on Bent Fabricius-Bjerres Plads. Together they create a sensuous, living space for music in the middle of everyday life.
My gifted students Bjørn Dahl Lumholt, Bertram Egeberg Larsen and William Fugl Mortensen wrote and produced compositions on the theme Relations Between People.
We are so glad that Frederiksberg Festspil gives us this opportunity. And congratulations to Signe Sneh Durholm on taking up the role of festival director.
